Here you will find my thoughts as I work my way through the tarot. I've been reading on & off for about 21 years. Sometimes more on, sometimes more off. I've decided to take my hobby to the next level & practice reading professionally. In order to do so, I feel that I will delve more deeply into my tarot studies; more knowledge is never a bad thing, right?
I've also recently started studying the Lenormand oracle cards. I will also post my thoughts on those here.
I'm enrolled in classes through The Aspen Program for Psychic Development. I will have my spirit mediumship certification completed by then end of summer. By the end of the year, I should also have completed certifications as a medical intuitive and in psychic studies. I will post here about my progress.
This summer I will start my studies in Usui Reiki Ryoho. A combined class of Shoden & Okuden, taught by a wonderful teacher, Joy Vernon. Joy is quite knowledgable in Reiki, and she brings forward the spiritual aspects of Reiki in her in depth classes. This ain't no 6 hour class & Bam! You're certified. I researched quite a bit to find a course of study that had more substance and required more dedication than the monthly weekend classes I've seen offered elsewhere. I will write about that experience here, as well.
What else is new?? I've been re-ordained as a minister for the Universal Life Church. I was certified in March as an official Angel Card reader in a workshop with Doreen Virtue. I continue to further my skills in tarot, Lenormand, and my psychic abilities through meetups around town and various workshops. Denver has quite the community & I'm grateful to be here. I used to think I would have to move someplace "more metaphysical" in order to find community. Now I can't imagine leaving!
